What is the minimum age to ride a motorcycle?

We teach as young as 15. For 17 or younger, a learner's permit is required as well as the waivers signed by the minor's legal guardian.

How do I get my motorcycle license?

The BasicRider Course is required by Texas to get your motorcycle endorsement.

-The BRC is designed for students who have never sat on a motorcycle to minamual experience.

-The BRC2LW is designed for students that have current experence

What do I do after I complete the course?

You will need to schedule an appointment with your local DPS office. For minors, you will need to schedule a road test.

What safety gear do I need when riding a motorcycle in class?

A DOT-approved helmet, protective eyewear, full finger gloves, long sleeve shirt or jacket, pants, and over the ankl footware.

Can I use my own motorcycle?

Yes, you can use your own motorcycle. You will need to sign a waiver.

Should I feel nervous?

If this is your first time, absolutely. Our instructors are here to help.
